God is on the move among the peoples of Asia & the Arab World, wherever they are. He invites you to play your part.
By serving short term as part of the Interserve community, God can use you to make a real difference using your skills, experience and passion. As you serve, God will transform your heart and you will grow as His disciple.
There are loads of different opportunities to serve. Our team will prayerfully work with you as you discern, together with our international community, what your best fit would be.

On Track Options
On Track Experience
On Track Experience is normally for young people with little or no work experience to gain an insight into cross-cultural work in a mission context overseas or in the UK. This would normally be for a period of up to 3 months, but can be up to a year for Gap Year students. We also have opportunities for Medical Electives at various Christian hospitals in Asia.On Track Service
For skilled professional people with work experience, go for up to 12 months working overseas or in the UK, as a way to explore cross-cultural mission.On Track +
On Track+ helps to provide a stepping stone from short-term mission into long-term overseas or in the UK. An opportunity to serve for one to two years.On Track Returning Professional
Sharing professional skills to serve those in other cultures, with the ability to return to the same location. This would be for a period of up to 6 months.On Track Consultant
Support our long-term workers for a short time with your professional skills. Go from a few weeks to a few months. Previous cross-cultural experience is required. UK and overseas.Join an international community following Jesus’ call to use their skills and passions to seek whole-life transformation among the peoples of Asia & the Arab World, wherever they are
How it works
- Contact our team to explore what and where God may be calling you to, find out about your skills and experience and answer any questions you have
- Apply for On Track by filling in an application form, giving references and attending an interview
- Explore with our team where you could go and what you could do
- Prepare by going through an orientation. Build your prayer and financial support network and start working with a mentor. You could also spend time in a UK cross-cultural ministry setting
- Time to serve. Step out to share God’s love through your words and actions amongst those to whom God has called you
- Return and go through a debrief; designed to help you process your time and discern what God is saying to you about your future
