Application process
1. Download the On Track application form, fill it in, and return it to Interserve. You will need to attach two passport-sized photos, a CV and a signed copy of the On Track agreement.
2. Once we have received your application Interserve will take up references.
3. If references are favourable you will be invited for an interview at the Interserve office in Milton Keynes (directions are available here).
4. Interserve will then search for a placement that best suits your skills and experience.
5. All On Trackers will be invited to attend an orientation weekend before leaving for their placement.
6. Head out to your On Track placement and watch God do the rest!
7. When you finish your placement you will be invited for a debriefing time to discuss your placement and your future plans.
8. We would love to have you represent Interserve at a future event to promote the On Track programme. We will get in touch regarding this nearer the time.
